Hi everyone, my name is Laurie Kutil and my travel partner is my sweet husband Al Kutil. This year we celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We have had three logos over the last 10 years. I recently made a new logo. Here they are in sequence!
It has been several years since I blogged. Life just got complicated real fast in January 2020. My mother was in the beginning stages of dementia (much worse now 4 years later). My Dad then passed away in late February, only two weeks before the Pandemic hit. Our life suddenly became a lot more complicated.We worked with my family to empty Mom and Dad's apartment until September 2020 when we finally finished. My aunt, her sister was my Mom's Power of Attorney until last September. My brother and I became her Guardians in 2023. I never thought all these things would happen they way that they did, and its still tough. Mom is in a good nursing home and well cared for.
I am still trying to enjoy life outside of all these things with an occasional vacation and day trips. My old blog is intact but I can no longer alter it due to the fact it would be very expensive to maintain. I reverted it back to free a few years ago. I had made 467 posts on my original blog from February 23, 2013 to December 28, 2020. Consider it an archive.

This blog will also be used to catch up on trips we have taken between 2020 to the present. There is a lot of video that I still need to edit before I cover the past. They will not be in any particular order.
